We ask that all Group Tour and Private Adventure Bookings are canceled 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.

We do allow customers to reschedule their tours within the 48 hours prior to departure.

If a tour is canceled by your Captain for safety reasons (weather forecast, unsafe conditions, etc), your Eco Tour can be rescheduled or refunded.
